We are all tired and cranky and unmotivated to get to the gym…but if you can even step outside your front door and take a 20 minute walk…it’ll do a world of good for your day! ENDORPHINS my friends! Get out there and make a step toward being healthy and starting your day off right!!!

I am a stay at home momma to a 25 weaker, micro-preemie miracle baby boy! My husband and I are just trying to make sense of the whole parenting thing!
