Round 2…Chocolate Bark…the healthy kind!

2014-07-28 20.31.42

This is EASY and delicious!

1/2 cup coconut oil (if it’s not liquid you’ll need to heat it up a bit..i did 30 seconds in the microwave and it was good to go)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1-2 teaspoons sweetener (stevia, trivia…your preference)

Mix all together. I added the sweetener slowly and tasted it so it didn’t get too overwhelming. Pour onto waxed paper on a plate or cookie sheet. Place in the freezer until it becomes hard and you can beak off pieces.

ENJOY!
