Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie

One of my favorite recipes!!!

1 medium-sized banana

1 Tbs natural peanut butter

1/4-1/2 cup coconut milk

1 scoop Iso 100 protein powder (I use gourmet chocolate, yum!)

4-6 ice cubes

Spinach or Kale (optional)

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more milk or ice cubes depending on how you prefer your smoothies.  I’ve found in my Vitamix that if I put the coconut milk in first it helps the mix from getting stuck. If I put all of the ingredients in first and then the milk it seems to take a while to blend. Maybe I’m just totally crazy and it doesn’t make a difference!
