It’s an improvised version of Wingates, if you’re familiar. Wingates are awful! But you know you love them! Hate them, but love them!
Unfortunately, not every gym has a sled and weights for you to push until you puke. …bummer. I’m not kidding!
So try this! Without turning on the treadmill, run AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Push that belt as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Take a 2 minute rest.
Repeat 3-4 times. Wingate baby! Well, sorta. You can’t add weight (unless maybe you’re crazy enough to wear a vest) but it’s a great…and quick…cardio workout for people with a tight schedule!
