This was soooooo so good, easy and asked to be added to the menu!
Pork is usually dry when I make it but this recipe somehow locked in the moisture with searing it in a pan first. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! It’s paleo. It’s easy and it’s delicious! I couldn’t find Asian pears so I used regular pears. Still amazing!
The recipe is from my favorite cook book, Against All Grain. I don’t need to eat grain free or anything but her recipes are really amazing! For dessert, the chocolate chip cookies!
